free from headache

If you have headache you will apply vicks in your four head 😁. 

But I have a good idea to be free from it

now you go to your bed room 

and take a pillow 

now keep your eyes without strain

off every lights close every curtains 

now lie on the bed your face should be on the pillow ok ?!

now keep your left hand near left eyes and right hand near right eyes

be like that for 20 minutes or 15 minutes

due to the heat given by right hand and your left hand to your 2 eyes will cure the headache..

Than wash your face

now you will be fresh 😍😍
