Sleep is a essential part of our life that gives more energy to work at morning
Sleep rests all of our parts in our body except heart beat...
It also relaxes our brain... So we should not think or plan anything at sleep time... If we think anything we are giving work to our brain so it can't relax...

I notice that when waking at morning I feel that just now only I slept like that and I will be also fresh...
